1.We guarantee that all completed CV orders will be delivered within two working days or you are entitled to a full refund.

2.Orders will be considered ‘completed’ after payment has been received and you have supplied the additional information via the form on the subsequent pages.


Please note the following exceptions:

3.1 Orders received after 3pm (Monday – Friday) will be treated as having been received the following working day – eg if an order is placed at 7pm Monday evening, the order will be treated as received Tuesday morning and the 2 working day period will run from Tuesday – Thursday.

3.2 Orders placed on a Saturday/Sunday will be treated as having been received Monday morning (excluding bank holidays) and the two working day period will run from Monday – Wednesday.

3.3 In the majority of instances, the information you supply when placing your order will be sufficient. However, if we require further information; or require you to send any documentation, or you did not supply all the information relevant to your order,  the two working day period will cease and a new two working day waiting period will only commence when you have supplied us with all the necessary information




4. After completing your order, you will be notified via email when a CV writer has begun working on your CV. Up until this point, you are entitled to cancel your order and receive a full refund.


5. Once work has started you will only be entitled to a refund if the delivery date/time falls outside of the three working day window set out in this refund policy.




5. Notification of the commencement of CV writing and subsequent delivery of your CV will be sent to either the email address you provided when placing your order or the email address you have provided on your CV.
